SEASON START- April/ May (Weather depending), 2026

The Prairie Sky Breads Airstream," as the locals affectionately call it, is a refabbed 1969 Overlander Land Yacht originally rescued from a scrap yard in Louisiana. After being turned into a coffee trailer and put into service for a year in MN, the Airstream became part of the Prairie Sky Breads story in February of 2023, when the two Minot couples, who own Prairie Sky Breads downtown, endeavored to buy the airstream "to making hauling things to the Minot Farmers Market easier." The irony, the Airstream stays so busy with coffee they still have to haul the bread stand to market...

The Airstream carries a variety of Prairie Sky Breads baked goods, including: from scratch cinnamon rolls, scones, and cardamom knots and sandwiches made on PSB bread. It is, however, predominantly a speciality drinks trailer, serving: cold brews and lattes (made from freshly roasted Dakota Roaster coffee), fresh squeezed lemonades, Red Bull infusions and Italian sodas.

Are there deposit fees to have the airstream come? Not currently! We like to bring the party, the joy, the break from the monotony and we aren't really all that interested in letting money decide if we can attend your event. That being said, we have to be a little careful so we don't go out of business !

This year we are going to try to adhere to a new policy: 1) all events must be local events and 2) events with under 50 people will be limited to a two hour service window. Pick the best two hours of the day and we'll be there with bells on!
